These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the YouTube Video Downloader website, including the homepage paste box, tool tabs, and every page in the Legal menu. If you do not agree, do not paste a link and do not download a file.

We may refuse the service to anyone who uses it to infringe copyright, attack the site, or scrape it as a bulk pirate pipeline. A free youtube downloader with no sign up is still a service with rules.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR DOWNLOADS THAT FAIL, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THAT MIGHT HAPPEN.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO) OR TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS, IF SUCH A CAP IS ENFORCEABLE WHERE YOU LIVE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that bar is illegal, or for fraud.

We may rate-limit, block IPs, or disable formats if we believe the Terms are being broken or the site is under attack. Because there is no account, “termination” may look like a technical block rather than a deleted login.

You may stop using the YouTube video downloader at any time. Unused “credits” do not exist because we do not sell credits.

Sections that should survive — including copyright, disclaimer of warranty, liability limits, and governing-law language — survive after you leave.

We may change these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top is the version that applies. If you keep pasting links after a change, you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your country says you cannot be deprived of local protections. Courts in that operator’s venue have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you another forum.
